Role summary
Source, qualify, and onboard participating clinics in Tijuana—building trust with clinic leadership while ensuring launch readiness against PBB's operational and product requirements.

Clinic supply is a launch-critical dependency. PBB has launch clinic targets and an in-progress MSA pipeline; this role turns qualified interest into onboarded, operational partners without overstating signed network scale.
First 6–12 month outcomes
- Build a qualified clinic pipeline aligned with launch geography and capacity goals.
- Guide clinics through onboarding gates: agreements, catalog setup, staff training, and go-live checklists.
- Establish clinic feedback loops for product and integration priorities.
- Coordinate with integration engineering on PMS and workflow readiness.
- Document partnership playbooks and clinic-facing materials with accurate membership framing.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clinic partners in Tijuana.
- Manage onboarding milestones from first conversation through go-live.
- Coordinate internal teams (product, engineering, billing) on clinic readiness.
- Represent PBB accurately—membership model, launch stage, and product capabilities.
- Support clinic staff training on platform workflows.
- Track pipeline status and report blockers to leadership.
Required qualifications
- Experience in partnerships, account management, or clinic/vendor onboarding.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with clear milestones.
- Comfort operating in cross-border business context.
Preferred qualifications
- Veterinary industry or healthcare partnerships experience.
- Fluent Spanish for clinic relationships in Tijuana.
- Experience with SaaS onboarding or practice management systems.
- Familiarity with Baja California clinic operations.
