When you arrive, clinic staff verify your membership using your dashboard QR code or membership ID. The clinic records the visit, confirms waiting periods and your remaining annual cap, then applies your plan coverage instantly. You pay the discounted balance at checkout.
Your member dashboard is home base after signup. See how much of your annual cap you've used, which waiting periods have cleared, and manage billing through the Stripe customer portal. Cancel anytime after your 3-month minimum commitment.
