1. Sign up and choose a plan
Pick Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum. All plans start at $9 for the first month. Add your pet during onboarding—one membership per pet. There's a 3-month minimum commitment.
2. Complete pet onboarding
Tell us about your pet: name, species, breed, and basic health info. Pre-existing conditions are covered. Waiting periods apply for certain procedure types (wellness, illness, surgery, orthopedic) from your membership start date.
3. Visit a partner clinic
Book an appointment at any of our 5 partner clinics in Tijuana. When you arrive, show your membership ID or QR code. The clinic verifies your membership, checks waiting periods, and applies your discount instantly at checkout. You pay the discounted price—no claims, no reimbursements.
4. Optional transportation
Higher-tier plans include transportation benefits: discounts on rides, free rides, or unlimited transportation. Request a ride through your member dashboard when you need to get to a clinic.
