Role summary
Build and maintain features across the full PBB stack—Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Stripe, and AWS—on a live membership platform serving members, clinics, and internal staff.

The platform spans marketing, member onboarding, clinic workflows, billing, scheduling, and admin portals. Launch priorities require reliable full-stack delivery with strong testing and security discipline.
First 6–12 month outcomes
- Ship member- and clinic-facing features with test coverage and CI validation.
- Improve platform reliability, performance, and observability.
- Contribute to integration and billing workflows.
- Participate in code review and architecture decisions.
- Support production operations with on-call rotation as team scales.
Responsibilities
- Implement features across Next.js app routes, server actions, and API routes.
- Design and migrate PostgreSQL schemas with Prisma.
- Integrate third-party services (Stripe, Clerk, S3, Resend, etc.).
- Write unit and integration tests; maintain CI quality gates.
- Collaborate with product, design, and domain specialists on Tier 2+ features.
- Follow security and privacy requirements for PII and payment data.
Required qualifications
- Production experience with TypeScript and React/Next.js.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills.
- Experience with REST/API design and server-side validation.
- Comfort with Git, code review, and automated testing.
Preferred qualifications
- Stripe billing and webhook experience.
- AWS (S3, deployment) and Docker familiarity.
- Healthcare or fintech domain experience.
- Experience with Clerk or similar auth providers.
